Cancellation Policy:
Please note that appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a full charge for the booked service. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, kindly contact us via text or email. Exceptions may be considered.
In the case of a no-show, the full amount of the service will be charged, and future appointment bookings will be restricted. Additionally, three or more reschedules or cancellations will lead to the inability to book future appointments. Your understanding is appreciated.
Return Policy:
Exchanges or returns are not accepted for skincare products. If you experience a reaction, please contact us through email or text to explore available options.
Skincare service deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can only be applied to the ordered service.
COVID/Illness Policy:
If you are feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who is sick, kindly reschedule your appointments.
General Policy:
Face Makeup: Please remove all makeup prior to your appointment. An additional charge will apply for makeup removal due to additional time and services.
Smoking: Kindly avoid smoking before your appointment.
Perfumes/Fragrance: Please abstain from wearing any fragrance or perfume during your appointments.
Cell Phones: Unless otherwise specified, please switch your cell phones to silent mode during appointments.
Guests are not permitted during appointments unless discussed beforehand.
Animals are not allowed in the sessions.
